Lena’s Glamour LLC is a beauty and personal care company built on more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and a lifelong passion for helping others look and feel their best.

For founder Shalena Triplett, beauty is more than a business—it’s part of her story. Growing up around the salon industry, she saw firsthand how a salon could be more than a place to receive a service. It could be a place where confidence is restored, relationships are built, professionals grow, and people feel seen and supported. That foundation inspired her to become a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor and eventually build a business of her own.

Today, Lena’s Glamour is growing into a beauty brand centered on quality services, professional development, mentorship, and community impact. Our vision includes expanding our presence in Atlanta and creating a professional salon environment where licensed beauty professionals can build their clientele, strengthen their businesses, and thrive in a supportive atmosphere.

We are equally passionate about the people we serve. Beauty can have a powerful impact on confidence and self-esteem, especially for women experiencing hair loss, alopecia, medical treatments, or other life changes. As Lena’s Glamour continues to grow, our long-term vision includes creating more private and comfortable beauty spaces for clients who may desire additional sensitivity and discretion.
